Buffalo the Label was born in Sri Lanka in 2023 and quickly found a home in artisan shops and coastal cafés dotted along the shorelines of the beautiful island.

Each roll of 100% cotton is hand-selected by Lauren and Jess from a local supplier in Sri Lanka.

Low Waste

Our tailors use cutting techniques that minimise waste, and any leftover material is creatively repurposed to make washbags, keychains and hair ties.

Slow Fashion

This means each item of clothing is produced by hand with strong thread and high-quality cotton to make sure they live a long life.

Unique Pieces

The fabric changes all the time and is purchased in small quantities. This makes each print part of a ‘limited release’.
