Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can initiate a return through your online account. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 58 Roundwood Road, M22 4SF, UK.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility. 

Once we receive your item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@buffalothelabel.com.

 

Damages and issues

All items are carefully checked for quality before shipment, but if an item arrives damaged, the cost of the return label will be covered by Buffalo the Label.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges
To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@buffalothelabel.com. Once your item has been shipped back to us at 58 Roundwood Road, M22 4SF, UK, we will post your replacement item. 

The shipping costs for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
