Refund policy

Unused items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Returns can be arranged by submitting a return request through your Buffalo account or contacting support@buffalothelabel.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Proof of defectiveness must be provided upon receipt of item.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
